Aysen Topkaya
Human Resources and Development Consultant
Aysen is an Executive Coach, Human Resources Professional and teacher.
She founded UDA Consulting in 2017.
After studying in the department of Education at University, she worked as a High School teacher. Using her training knowledge she started to work as a trainer in Human Resources progressing to various management positions in HR. She has more than 20 years experience in Human Resources Management in a variety of positions and industries.
Besides her Human Resources Career, she is a certified Erickson Professional Coach. She has also participated in Family and Relationship Coaching, 9 Habits of the Brain, Four Quadrant thinking techniques and NLP training from Erickson College.
She is the proud mother of two children and speaks passionately about how working mothers can be role models to their children.
Her mission is to support leaders in the organisations of the future to find their true potential and become a force for change.

JANET SOYAK
PCC – Professional Certified Coach, Trainer, Facilitator
Janet was born and educated in England. She then lived and worked in Germany, Jordan and Spain before settling in Turkey in 1988 where she is currently based.
She has had years of experience in the following international sectors: hospitality, golf club management, trading petroleum products, teaching English as a foreign language, corporate training and coaching. Her corporate training experience began in 2002 when she established a company, Y.E.S., together with her husband, a former GM of top end hotels, offering training programs mainly in the hospitality industry. The business is still thriving today and has evolved to delivering team coaching to executive hotel management teams. Y.E.S. has also worked sucessfully with high profile sports teams and executive teams in other sectors.
Janet’s coaching journey began in 2004 when she gained her first qualification from Noble Manhatten following which she completed Erickson Coaching International’s “The Art and Science of Coaching” and went on to become a certified coach through the International Coach Federation.
Currently, besides her Y.E.S. work, Janet is an international trainer on the faculty of Erickson International Coaching as well as a mentor supporting coaches during the accreditation process.
Her passion is assisting people in finding their own paths to success and happiness and witnessing their development along the way.
She is a mother and grandmother and in her free time she enjoys golf, tennis, yoga and jewellery making.
She is fluent in Turkish and German besides her mother tongue English.
